General weather conditions: Rajasthan is known for its hot summers and cool winter climate. The best season to visit is between October and February when the average day time temperature ranges from 18-25 C. During the daytime, lightweight clothing is recommended and a thick woollen shawl in the evenings during the winter months. It is also recommended that guests carry a light wrap during the colder months.
