street. Built in 1868 by S. Koder, a traditional Jewish businessman whose family
has since migrated to Israel, the building housed separate commercial and
residential wings with a central garden.
This building constructed in Portuguese style has been enhanced to provide
comfortable stay to guests.

beach walkway on Princess street- One of the earliest streets to be constructed
in Fort Cochin, Princess Street with its European style residences still retain
its world charm. The best view of this quaint street can be had from loafer’s
