 The
exquisite dining experience includes – the breakfast two and half hour
cruise with a continental spread, juice, etc. The regular lunch cruise
includes a fixed menu of fusion food with non-vegetarian choices plus
beverages. A sunset cruise includes cocktails, beverages and lots of
delectable snacks. The three–day a week fine dining experience consists
of a seven–course meal with delicious and unstoppable food, wines and
drinks. The regular diner on the other days of the week consists of a
selection of non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes.
Noah's Ark boasts of some scrumptious fare and in order of precedence
the main focus is on the cuisine and then the cruise. For dinner, on
days of the week, the eclectic can dine in style with a seven course
meal as champagne, red and white wine awaken your taste buds to the
spread in the store – the meal starts with starters, appetizers,
entrees, accompaniments, deserts and then coffee with a cheese plate and
chocolates. The menu has a choice of two with any other additional items
as an upgrade.
Noah's Ark operates with a fully equipped kitchen onboard and a shore
kitchen.
With a total seating of 120, the boat has truly come as a blessing for
