TERMS & CONDITIONS:
For Hotel Booking :
- Check In/Out time is 1200 hrs unless otherwise specified. Meal
Plan : EP-Room only, CP-Bed and Breakfast, MAP- Breakfast and Dinner
(Half Board), AP-Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner (Full Board), MC-Meal
Credit.
- In the event of No-show, the hotel/Indiatravelite.com reserves the
right to charge retention of 1 Night of room charge to the guest.
- Cancellation policy : Reservation can be changed or cancelled
before 7 days from the date time of the check in else cancellation
charges are applicable. However specific cases different cancellation
policy applicable.
- In case of complimentary transfer/airport pickup, please proceed
towards the exit gate of the airport building where the driver would
be standing with a placard bearing your name.
- Payment : As per mentioned prepaid for full stay or part stay. All
extras to be paid to the hotel before check out.
- Top Communications - Indiatravelite.com is a mediator between
service provider & Customer. Hence Liability is only for the confirmed
reservation/services.
For Rent A Car Booking :
- Rent-a-car price includes Car with Driver, Fuel, Interstate Tax,
Toll Tax and Parking (All Inclusive) unless other wise specified.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservation can be changed or Cancelled
before 7 days from the date/time of the services. Else cancellation
charges apply. No refund for rent-a-car once journey is started.
- Top Communications - Indiatravelite.com is a mediator between
service provider & Customer. Hence Liability is only for the
confirmed reservation/services.
- If you have reserved a car for Airport transfer /pickup, please
proceed towards the exit gate of the airport building where the
driver would be standing with the placard bearing your name.
- Sightseeing - All sightseeing includes guided tour as specified
or with Driver cum guide. Entry to all the monuments on the direct
payment basis.
- In case of Railway station transfer provide your Train No./Name,
Coach No and Seat Nos. so driver can wait outside the train coach
with your name placard.
For Tour Package Booking :
- 1. Payment : 20% Advance at the time of booking. By bank
transfer or by Visa/Amex/Master Card. Balance 80% three week before
start of the tour. Separate terms applicable like 50% or 100%
advances during off or peak season period bookings etc.
- Check In/Out time is 1200hrs unless otherwise specified. Meal
Plan : EP-Room only, CP-Bed and Breakfast, MAP- Breakfast and Dinner
(Half Board), AP-Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner (Full Board), MC-Meal
Credit.
All extras to be paid to the hotel before check out.
- 3. Rent-a-car : All quoted prices includes car with driver,
fuel, interstate tax, toll tax and parking (All inclusive).
- 4. Sight -seeing : All sight seeing includes guided tour as
specified or with driver cum guide. Entry to all the
Monuments on Direct Payment basis.
- 5. Cancellation policy : 10% Cancellation charges applicable for
all tour bookings cancelled 2 week before start of the tour. For
refund back to the card account 5% bank processing charges
applicable.
- Travel Documents : All confirmation of services Vouchers soft
copy will be emailed on receipt of advance payment. All original
vouchers with air/rail tickets will be handed on arrival by
indiatravelite.com
representative at the airport or at the hotel.

- Once the booking is confirmed our Voucher Copy is being issued & Sent to you by
Email/Fax or Hand Delivered at our Office in Mumbai with instructions to reach the hotel.
In case of Air Bookings, PNR printout being emailed to you. For Rail Bookings,
E-Ticket
copy of rail ticket being emailed to you as proof of booking.
- The Hotel Voucher Copy gives Hotel Address/Telephone Nos., Terms & Conditions of
booking & guest details. The Rent-A-Car voucher gives Name/address/Tel Nos of the
transporter with the pick up details.
- All our guests booked through us are eligible for Complimentary
Copy of Road Atlas / Guide Map from us. This is being sent with
your Voucher Copy. E.g. If your booking is for Mumbai you will get Mumbai Guide Map.
- In case of Hotel do not provide complimentary transfers, India Travelite arranges
transfers in the range of Rs. 600 / USD 15 to Rs. 800 / USD 20 for 2 persons by non A/c
car in all the cities in India.
- All the Vouchers/ Tickets can be delivered Worldwide or any where in India through Aramex Courrier
/ First Flight or by our travel associate in the
respective cities.
BOOKING PROCEDURES:
- Our operation Executives will revert you with your Itinerary / Cost booking options
& status within 1 Day period of receipt of your email.
- Following details are required on prior to booking confirmation:

REFUND
POLICY :
Where issued hotel
confirmation voucher, hotel cancellation policy has been specified.
Hence accordingly refunds are process as per Cancellation Request
received.
