Holiday Resort is situated at Shendi, in the beautiful holiday resort of
Bhandardara, in Akola Taluk of Ahmednagar District, Maharashtra. It
offers 33 rooms for accommodation. The rooms have spectacular views of
the Wilson Dam at one end, and of 22 km of the Arthur Lake at the other.
Room service, cable TV, and STD/ISD facilities are available. Randha
Falls, Ratangad Fort and Amriteshwar Temple are some of the nearby
attractions. Trekking is popular on Mount Kalsubai.
Getting Here
Drive down to Igatpuri on the Nashik
highway and proceed straight to a village called Ghoti. At
Ghoti, turn right and proceed on the local road to reach Bhandardara.
The drive experience from Ghoti to Bandardara during monsoons in
itself is worth the trip as you get to admire different hues of
green.
Alight at Igatpuri and hire a Jeep
(Rs.300 - Rs.500). Also, there are ST buses from Igatpuri that ply to
Bhandardara.
