Shervani Hill Top has been recently renovated, and
upgraded into a 25 rooms garden resort spread over 3 acres having the most
beautiful terrace garden and lawns in Nainital. Rooms are spread out in the form
of cottages, each cottage having 8-10 rooms with a verandah where the guest can
sit out and enjoy the beautiful hills all around. Shervani Hill Top is 2 kms
away from the Mall Road and the advantage it has is that it is right there and
yet away from the maddening crowd. The best thing about the resort is that even
when it is full, one does not get a feeling that it is crowded.

consisting of carrom, ludo, chess, clay moulding, drawing material, video games
and other fun games.
You can indulge in Kite flying, go for nature walks or horse riding and boating.
The resort also has a Children's Park with swings, see-saw, slide and merry go
round.
In the evening various activities like Tambola, disco evenings (on request),
bonfire with light music, Kumaoni folk dance, qawali and other music concerts
can be held on request.
Golf:
Raj Bhavan the most majestic building in Nainital with a 18 hole Golf Course
located at 6000 feet above sea level. Our hotel is an affiliated member of the
club. So, if you are staying in the Hotel you can enjoy the game of golf on
payment of a nominal green fee.
Rope Course, Rock Climbing,
Rappelling, Traversing and Paragliding:
For those who are adventurous and like outdoor activities like Rope Course, Rock
Climbing, Rapelling, Traversing and Paragliding (if weather permits) is
available.
Short Trekking can also be arranged in and around Nainital. The Hotel on request
can arrange Picnics for the groups / family around Nainital to many beautiful

Half day and full day tours for local sight seeing, tours to Corbett National
Park (A tiger sanctuary) and to Muketshwar are available.
Conference Facilities:
Conference Facilities are available for upto 70-75 people in a theatre style and
for smaller meetings for upto 30-40 people in a new conference hall with all
modern facilities.
Accommodarion
The resort consists of deluxe rooms, verandah deluxe rooms, verandah suites and
hill view rooms. The verandah rooms and suites are large between 200-300 square
feet in size and have all modern amenities and decor, with a 21" TV and modern
attached bathrooms, sofa cum beds are available in the suites and can easily
accommodate two extra people while ensuring your privacy. The Hill View rooms
offer a spectacular view of the hills and the garden right from your bed.
A mini gym and a spa along with a golf putting green are being planned by April,
