Tata Globus:
The
Tata Globus range of Luxury Coaches has been designed to transport the
discerning traveller in the very lap of luxury. Ergonomically designed
hi-back, fully reclining seats with removable head-support covers; thigh
supports and 'soft-feel fabric' make the journey pleasant and comfortable.
Spacious legroom, overhead reading lights and personalized climate control
vents have also been provided. Baggage space under the floor along with
additional cabin baggage space provides ample room for passengers to store
their belongings. From the retractable armrests and baggage racks, to the
smallest trimmings, attention has been paid to every detail in the Tata
Globus Luxury Coach variants.
In order to ensure maximum safety, the Tata Globus Luxury Coaches are also put through a series of computer simulation trials for all safety parameters – frontal, side impact and rollover, before they are placed on the road.
The Tata Globus Range is available in 13, 18, 20 and 45 seater configurations.

Unparalleled Comfort: Tata Globus Coaches offer an excellent travelling experience with spacious interiors and impeccable d飯r. Passengers can relax in the lap of luxury, in ergonomically designed Slumberette seats, upholstered with ?soft-feel? fabric. These seats also provide a comfortable thigh support and a removable head support cover. Every passenger also has the flexibility to customize his or her own ambience, by selecting lighting and climate control settings. Luxury by design: Large, tinted side-windows allow for plenty of light with excellent visibility, while optimising insulation and minimizing harmful UV rays. The two hatches on the roof facilitate ventilation inside the coach. Extensive use of sound absorbing materials in the Tata Globus makes the passenger cabin as quiet as possible. A retractable first step facilitates easy entry and alighting of passengers. An illuminated baggage compartment under the floor and additional cabin baggage space provides ample room for luggage to be stored away safely on long journeys.
Maximum Safety: The Tata Globus has been designed for maximum passenger safety. The body consists of a meshed tubular frame to protect all the coach occupants. Passengers are effectively protected by special constructions in the seating area. All seats have a stable structure and are firmly anchored. In addition, the two fully retractable sky hatches provided in the roof, can be used during emergency conditions. The Tata Globus also has a long-life, imported anti-skid vinyl flooring

- Relaxed yet fully focused Driver
The Tata Globus has an ergonomically designed work area for the driver comprising of a composite high-end dashboard and engine hood, form-fitting adjustable driver seat, clear instrument layout and easy-to-operate controls. An air suspended seat allows your driver to select the ideal seating position for maximum comfort level. Even on long journeys, the driver will remain relaxed at the wheel.
- Full Control
All displays and switches are clearly grouped in functional zones on the instrument panel for minimum distraction. A soft touch gear level knob ensures minimum effort, while power-assisted steering makes the bus easily manoeuvrable. Good visibility for the driver contributes actively to passenger safety. The large, one-piece windshield glass allows an unobstructed view of the road and the large wipers are highly effective during heavy rains. Motorized outer rear-view mirrors on either side are also provided. To ensure maximum visibility during night trips and in foggy conditions, the Tata Globus is equipped with high-powered headlamps. These offer excellent illumination, thereby allowing vigilant and alert driving in the most adverse conditions.

The stable body shell of the Tata Globus offers all the occupants protection on every side. The body?s rigidity ensures minimum impact in a rollover accident situation. A 2-point seat belt for the co-driver and a 3-point seat belt for the driver provide that extra bit of safety
