By Air : Mumbai is the nearest domestic as well as international airport to Daman and Diu. It is located at a distance of 193 Km. All major airlines such as Jet Airways, Spice Jet, Air Deccan and Indigo have daily Flights to and from the financial capital of the country. Diu Airport is 5 km away from the town, north of Nagoa Beach.
By Road : Daman and Diu are also well connected to the other parts of India by an excellent road network. The National Highway number 8 is used to connect Daman by the motor able road with Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Mumbai etc.
By Train : Vapi railway station is the nearest located railway station to Daman is only 12 km away while the Dilwara railway station is closely located to Diu. Ahmedabad and Mumbai are the two railway station of the western railways which are placed very close to Daman.
