Dining Experiences at Aman-i-Khas
Beloved all over the world, Indian cuisine is renowned for its use of colourful, fragrant spices, its delicate layering of flavours and its balance between vegetarian and meat dishes. Using local family recipes passed down through the generations, our chefs also offer lighter variations of the classics and a range of international dishes, all of which can be tailored to suit individual tastes.
 
Organic garden
A lush oasis tended by dedicated gardeners, the camp’s organic kitchen garden provides fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs for the Dining Tent’s ever-changing menus. Chefs visit daily, to handpick what they need, and delight in touring the gardens with curious guests.
 
Mughal-inspired dining
The lamp-lit ambience of the Dining Tent with its large communal table, multiple smaller settings and outdoor terrace harks back to the regal tent cities of Mughal emperors. Non Peak Period Cancellation Charge:

  • When cancellation notice is received more than 45 days prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given. For cancellation notice within 45 days of arrival date, no refund will be given.

Peak Period Cancellation Charge (22nd Dec -08th Jan 14):

  • When cancellation notice is received more than 90 days prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given. For cancellation notice within 90 days of arrival date, no refund will be given.

Minimum of three nights stay is required for the period from (22nd Dec -08th Jan 14)
