Location : Ideally located on the Bentota Peninsula, the Centara Ceysands Resort & Spa in Aluthgama borders the Bentota River and Indian Ocean. The resort is accessible via a short boat ride across the lagoon area while the departure point is a few minutes away from the Aluthgama train station. The easiest mode of transportation is the Southern railway but you can also enjoy a drive or a taxi as you please. Colombo is less than 2 hours away by road while the Bandaranaike International Airport is about 100km away. The Airport Expressway up to Colombo has made travelling much more convenient for tourists.
