Gorukana is an organisational commitment to the Soliga Tribal Community development. It is hence launched as a sustainable community based Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Centre which drives all its revenue towards tribal development projects initiated and implemented by Vivekananda Girijana Kalyana Kendra and nature conservation activities. In order to empower skilled labour and a sustainable livelihood for the Soliga natives, a selected few from the community are trained in the aspects of hospitality division and engaged as an existing staff at Gorukana.

Cottages

The adapted stone walls and the wood-like flooring to these cottages gives it an absolute artless appearance. Each cottage encloses a twin bed, luxurious bathroom with attached toilet and a picture frame resonating the name of the cottage. Each cottage is named after a wild inmate of this mesmerising wilderness. Tree House

The tree house is beautifully elevated in the far end of our centre, overlooking the far reaching wilderness. We have given all it takes to build it with care, intending it to be in harmony with nature. The endless forest music, the long dwelling tree trunk and its widespread branches hugging the structure as though vigilant make up for a perfect tree-top experience. The tree house encloses a twin bed, single bed and an outdoor luxurious bathroom with attached toilet. When you have exhausted your energy soaking in this enduring view of nature, walk down to the ayurvedic rejuvenation centre right behind the tree house for a relaxing ayurvedic spa treatment

Cabin

The Cabin is an exclusive and intimate space for those who seek the solitude of nature and the comfort of privacy. Set well away from the rest of the cottages in a remote, deeply wooded corner of the property, the Cabin, with a double bed and attached bath with hot water geyser, is ideal for two persons. Its spartan interiors match the true back to basics vibe of its location, with the tranquility only interrupted by the exotic sounds of the jungle
