The staff are pleasant and friendly although like elsewhere in Munnar service is unhurried. Aside from bird watching, trekking and hiking, the best service here is the trekking and hiking activities. It is the best option for travellers for one-hand learning and understanding of the flora fauna of Western Ghats. Which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the eight “hottest hot-spots” of biological diversity in the world.
