BEACH VIEW VILLAS: Our Beach View Villas create lasting memories and give guests an opportunity to create their own story to be retold. BEACH VIEW SUPERIOR ROOM: These cliff-top rooms are almost 500 sq ft in size. Located in the main block of the hotel, the Beach View Superior Rooms have balconies that look out into the spectacular views of the Kovalam shoreline. Sublime sunrises and resplendent sunsets are now just a short walk away.
THE CLUB: From waking up to the rhythms of the restless Arabian Sea crashing against the rocks below and having on call butler service when you wish, the 400-odd sq-ft Club Rooms offer comforts and service of a different level.

CLUB SUITES: Almost double the size of the Club Room, the Club Suites offer all the advantages of the Club and some more. The décor of the room comprises linear, minimalistic designs blended with a mix of contemporary chic and old-world charm. 
PRESIDENTIAL SUITES: The Presidential Suites comprise a two-bedroom suite with king-size beds, and a separate living and dining area. The décor in the suites combine local tropical architecture and contemporary swank. 
CLUB ROOMS: From waking up to the rhythms of the restless Arabian Sea crashing against the rocks below, to breakfast being served in your room by your personal 24-hour butler, the 400-odd sq-ft Club Rooms offer comforts and service of a different level.
OCEAN SUITE: The Ocean Suite , an exclusive, completely private luxurious suite dramatically perched on a rocky ledge , comprises  a living room and a master bedroom with a king size bed. The suite has a size of 1220 sq.ft and a majestic deck area of 435 sq.ft.

SUITE SRI LAKSHMI: Enjoy a curated in-suite breakfast with an ocean view at the splendidly decorated Suite Sri Lakshmi. SUITE SRI PARVATHY: Inspired by the names of the Maharanis of the erstwhile Travancore Kingdom and dedicated to the Goddess of love and devotion, this ground floor suite offers awe-inspiring view of the Arabian sea and exclusive access to a sprawling courtyard.
SUITE SRI SHARADA: Located on the first floor, the Suite Sri Sharada has a private balcony that offers a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea.
SUITE SRI SWATHI: Christened after Sri Swati Thirunal Rama Varma, the Maharajah of Travancore and a great composer of Carnatic classical music; the Suite Sri Swathi on the first floor offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea and access to a private balcony.
