There are countless years of culinary experience between our hostess, Nisha, a graduate from IHM and our Head Chef, Shivdas, who cooks up delicious, authentic south Indian dishes that give all our guests the comfort of a home-cooked meal

Almost all of our ingredients are grown in our gardens using only organic compost produced by us for a delicious farm to table experience. We also bake our own bread which is accompanied with home-made jams, preserves and relishes.
