In the event of No show or cancellation within 72hrs prior to arrival would attract 1 night retention, and within 24hrs prior to arrival date, Would attract 100% retention charges.
Cancellation within 1 week of arrival will attract 50% retention.
25% shall be charged as retention for cancellation within 15days to the arrival date.
For groups cutoff date would be 30days prior to arrival. In the event of no show or cancellation within 30days prior to the group arrival would attract 1 night retention charge, and within 15days prior to the arrival date would attract full retention charges.
In case of early departure after check in is done 50% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.
For Refund thru Credit Card 5% Bank charges Applicable + Cancellation charge applicable as per hotel Policy.
