- In the event of No show or cancellation within 72hrs prior to arrival would attract 1 night retention, and within 24hrs prior to arrival date, Would attract 100% retention charges.
- Cancellation within 1 week of arrival will attract 50% retention.
- 25% shall be charged as retention for cancellation within 15days to the arrival date.
- For groups cutoff date would be 30days prior to arrival. In the event of no show or cancellation within 30days prior to the group arrival would attract 1 night retention charge, and within 15days prior to the arrival date would attract full retention charges.
- In case of early departure after check in is done 50% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.
- For Refund thru Credit Card 5% Bank charges Applicable + Cancellation charge applicable as per hotel Policy.

- Tariff are on twin sharing basis.
- Only one extra Bed / Adult permitted in a room.
- Complimentary room for tour Guides shall be entertained only in case of Group holding 10 rooms or more.
