Day 1 : Once you arrive at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, travel to Gurugram, one of Haryana's most popular and bustling cities. Once settled, head to Cyber Hub, a prevalent food-cum entertainment destination close to NCT. This swanky venue is filled with lounges, pubs, and restaurants. A few places you can try are Hard Rock Café, Frazier Café, and Imperfecto. In addition, you will also find some of the top brands and shops to indulge in retail therapy.

Next, travel to Ambience Mall, one of the most popular malls in the area. It has six floors and a basement for car parking. You will find renowned international and designer brands here. It also has a food court wherein you can try lip-smacking dishes. You can visit its ice skating ring for a wholesome experience. It also has a Blu-O, a gaming section for kids and adults, wherein you can enjoy bowling and other games. Conclude your day by watching a movie at the theatre in the mall.

Day 2 :Start your day at the Kingdom of Dreams, India’s first live entertainment, theatre, and leisure stage. Herein, you will experience modern and contemporary India via arts, galleys, and interactive tableaus. Inside KOD, you will find Culture Gully, the first skydome in India, with stalls presenting the culture of fourteen Indian states with street arts, cuisines, and local fine arts. Do not forget to attend acclaimed theatre productions and musicals like Zangura and Jhumroo.

Next, travel to the Heritage Transport Museum, which takes you through the history of human transport. The collection here gives you an insight into the development of transportation in India. Upon its inauguration in 2013, it was the largest private museum in India. Head to Sultanpur National Park, a haven for nature lovers and bird watchers. Your next stop will be Sheetla Mata Mandir. Legends say that the presiding deity in the temple, Mata Sheetla Devi, is known to recover people dealing with smallpox. The last stop for the day is Leisure Valley Park, wherein you can take leisurely strolls and unwind.

Day 3 :On day 3, you will tour around Faridabad. Explore the much-popular Surajkund International Crafts Mela if you visit during the fair season. Herein, you can view cultural performances, shop for handicrafts, pick artifacts, enjoy local food, and more. After lunch at the food stalls in the Mela, head to the Badkhal Lake. It is a natural lake that started drying up approximately two decades back and is now completely dried. But the scenic beauty here is worth a view. Next, you can travel to the Aravalli Biodiversity Park, an excellent place for nature lovers. In this park, you will find semi-arid and ecologically restored land. It is good for photography and birdwatching. You can further travel to Raja Nahar Singh Palace. The palace was built by the Ballabgarh ruler, Raja Nahar Singh. He had a pivotal role in India’s struggle for Independence. The royal ambiance and the beautiful architecture entice the visitors to this palace. You can end your day with delicious North Indian cuisine at a local restaurant in Faridabad.

Day 4 : Your journey to Haryana will not be complete without a visit to Kurukshetra, a city steeped in religious history. Start your day with a visit to the Brahma Sarovar, an ancient water pool sacred to Hindus. Legends state taking a dip in this Sarovar can help with external purity. Next, head to the Sannihit Sarovar, another reservoir known to contain sacred waters. Taking a dip in this water during an eclipse or Amavasya is considered holy. Your last spot in the city will be the Kurukshetra Panorama and Science Centre, a museum that amalgamates religion with science. You must see the life-like panorama of the Kurukshetra battle here.

Day 5: Commence your day with a visit to the Rock Garden, a beautifully sculpted garden from industrial and urban waste. Next, take a leisurely stroll around Sukhna Lake, followed by boating. Stop for a quick lunch at a restaurant near the lake and relish Punjabi cuisine. Travel to Capitol Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site designed by Le Corbusier, and explore the High Court, Secretariat, and Assembly buildings. Stop at the Government Museum and Art Gallery, a premier museum housing Gandharan sculptures from medieval and ancient India. Visit the Zakir Hussain Rose Garden, a beautiful botanical garden in Chandigarh with 50,000 rose bushes of 1600 species.

Day 6: Start your day with a visit to Mansa Devi Temple, a site known for its spiritual importance. Head to the Cactus Garden, a unique botanical garden in the afternoon. End the day with a tour around the Pinjore Gardens, a Mughal-inspired garden with a scenic appeal.
