One of the most distinctive seashores in the Andaman Islands is Elephant Beach on Havelock Island. This breathtaking oceanfront is well-known for the motion of the sea. In the Andaman Archipelago, Elephant Beachside is also the ocean side that receives the most visitors.
Elephants used to roam the islands quite a while ago, and the ocean side earned its name from them. Elephants were seen meandering over the coastlines of the ocean side. Back then, there was an elephant training facility nearby, but today, there aren't any elephants to be seen by the water.
On Havelock Island, you can trek or take a boat to the Elephant Beachside. Available from jetty. There are two distinct ways to go to Elephant Beachside. The boat voyage starts at the breakwater on Havelock Island, and the travelling point starts close to Radhanagar's ocean side. The majority of travellers arrive at this location via boat which cost return journey around Rs. 1000 per person sharing basis where 10 persons go together in a group and boat waits for you around 3hours to Explore and do water sports on the island and return back by same boat. , however those that are planning a vacation follow the route using Trek.
The blue sea ocean side, which is surrounded by coconut and palm palms and beautiful white sands, attracts a huge number of tourists every year. Elephant Beach on Havelock Island is an ideal location with breathtaking views.

Things to do in Elephant Beach
There are no accommodations available at Elephant Beach. The beach here is open throughout the day and shuts down at dusk. To visit this beach, kindly arrive on time. Best time to reach between 12-1 noon and leave back by 3 pm. Small food joints available on the island which serve cold drink, Packaged snacks & fruits. Lockers available on the island to keep your valuables. It is must day activity while you are in Havelock Island.
