The Peacock Room: India’s national bird acquires more plumes at the first room of Ishavilas. A chandelier clinks and twinkles over a decorative peacock portrait with twin beds below. The interior can be described as very Maharaja and decor of the 1920’s. 
The Kailash Room: A mystic painting of the holy mountain Kailash, which lies in the Tibet, presides over the bedsteads with a serene benediction that spreads the whole space. Very white and sacred - including the inlaid mother-of-pearl almirah- this feeling spills over to a certain mirrored exuberance in the bathroom.
The Oriental Cottage: Strategically located on the axis of the placid pool, the Oriental Cottage begins its charm instantly from the verandah with a luminous Ganesha and Thai windows with carved and gilded pediments. Lyrical Bodhisattvas flank the entrance and, once inside, a ringed angel blesses the dreams of those who sleep in its shadow on the stylish French bed.
The Terrace Suite: The spacious Terrace Suite seems to hang among the tropical trees, overlooking the pool on one side. A large colonial bed sets the tone on entry and the seating is as jungle as oriental flanked by carved white arches. A semi-circular terrace catches the sun or moon and is overlooked only by the birds.
