Devpur Homestay Kutch Gujarat

The Devpur Darbargadh (small manor) was built in 1905 by Thakore Shri Verisalji Bawasaheb of Roha and is located in central Kutch. Built on a two-acre area it took three years to complete the construction. Built of local sandstone in the classically ornamental Roha (Kutch) style, it consists of porticos, courtyards, stucco pavilions, and pillared halls. Darbargadh is now also listed as a member of the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) due to its historical and architectural importance. Since 1994 The White Eagles School is being run by the family on the same campus. The Devpur family offers their Darbargadh's five thoughtfully appointed rooms and an eco-friendly serviced apartment pavilion with a tennis court for a traditional Kutchi Homestay.
