The Irai Safari Retreat is located approximately 100 meters away from the Irai lake and minutes away from the fantastic Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. On the other side of the retreat is the tribal village Bhamdeli, which gives a true feel of the rural Indian life.

COTTAGES & TENTS

Our luxury cottages and tents are bright and spacious residences filled with beautiful views of the jungle landscape with the Irai lake backwaters as a backdrop.

Furnished with rich polished woods and natural fabrics, the cottages and tents are equipped with the latest modern technologies, high speed wifi and prompt room services for our guests utmost convenience.

Cottages

Eight lavish cottages dot the Irai Safari resorts landscape.The cottages have a sit out verandah on the ground floor and a sit out terrace on the first. It is equipped with a large bathroom and has a tea/coffee making kit with a mini refrigerator in the room.

Tents

Typical of the jungle lodges worldwide, we have created our tents with the best of furnishings for our guests comfort. Each tent is lavishly furnished with a king sized double bed and a writing table. The tent has an attached machaan for outdoor lounging and an attached open ground for relaxing. All tents have a river view and offer a great view of the river backwaters and the lush green jungle land. The tents are equipped with a tea/coffee maker and a mini refrigerator.

Facilities

Irai Safari Retreat is well equipped to provide a number of facilities for your convenience and luxury. Some of the facilities are available on request. Activities like cycling, bird watching etc can be arranged as per your schedule and availability of equipment.Our staff will be more than happy to provide you with all the possible arrangements required by you.

Restaurant with Multi-cuisine la carte selection Irai Safari Retreat offers a multi-cuisine food selection which can be ordered off the menu.

ConferenceRoom

There is a facility for holding conferences at the retreat. A well-equipped conference room is available on request which can hold about twenty people. Please send us an inquiry using the Contact Us form.

Recreation room

Above the dining area is a recreation room, which is equipped with a table tennis table and other board games.This room has a DVD player where you can watch DVDs, a collection of which is available in the library. The view is excellent to enjoy your evening tea while looking at the sunset over the Irai lake.

As per Government regulations, safari bookings for Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve are only accepted via their official website. Abiding by the regulation we at Irai Safari Retreat offer two options to our guests.
